Job Description: Project Planner
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced in scheduling of construction activities to support the planning and coordination of both individual projects and the entire project portfolio.
The Planner will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and provide portfolio-level insights, including cash flow projections and resource allocation analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed schedules for individual projects using planning tools.
- Consolidate project schedules to build and maintain an integrated portfolio-level master schedule.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to gather inputs, monitor progress, and identify critical path and schedule risks.
- Analyze and report on cash flow forecasts based on project timelines, milestones, and payment terms.
- Evaluate resource requirements across the portfolio and support optimization of resource allocation.
- Support management with regular dashboard reports and KPIs on schedule performance, delays, and upcoming constraints.
- Contribute to risk analysis by assessing schedule impacts of changes or delays.
- Ensure alignment of schedules with project contracts, scope, and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Project Scheduler, Planner, or similar role in engineering/construction/EPC environment.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
- Familiarity with resource planning and capacity analysis.
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred:
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Experience working within a PMO or portfolio-level structure.
- Graduated MSC Civil Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical
