Job Opportunity – EPC Project Manager

Our professional team offers integrated EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) solutions, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and reliability for our clients.
As part of its expansion, the company is looking to hire a EPC Project Manager.
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven EPC Project Manager to oversee the execution of utility-scale solar PV projects from engineering through construction and commissioning. The EPC Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full EPC project lifecycle, from engineering coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external partners (subcontractors, suppliers) to align with project goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, manage risks, and proactively address deviations from the plan.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Act as the main interface with clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project.
- Support contract management activities, including change orders, claims, and variations.
- Report regularly to the PMO manager and to the senior management on project status, risks, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as Project Manager in EPC solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, standards, and tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
- Experience managing projects in an international environment.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and claims management.
